EASTER SQUAD TRAINING DAY

This is for gymnasts that attend the following sessions

Monday 6.20pm Senior development squad

Tuesday 4pm Junior development squad

Tuesday 6.00pm Main competition squad

On Monday 8th April we will be holding a full day of training for any gymnast that attends our Junior & Senior development squads and our main competition squad.

The day will be structured to include:

• Work on upgrades following recent competition

• Conditioning and strength work

• Flexibility training

• Training on all equipment

The details are:

• Timings: 9am to 3pm

• At Delta Gymnastics

• Bring lunch, snacks, and drink.

• Places will be limited so please book fast by reply email.

• £30 for the day to be paid by Friday 5th April
