Due to the cold temperatures and the new premises being larger and not as warm as the old one, please make sure your gymnasts comes with a hoodie/jumper and cuffed tracksuit bottoms that are suitable to wear during their session. We don’t recommend flared bottoms as they aren’t suitable to wear. We would also recommend wearing grippy socks to train in if needed. Please don’t send them in fluffy socks as they won’t be able to wear them due to the mess they make on the carpeted

If you’re coming this afternoon please take care in the carpark as it’s icy! We’ve put salt down to help but still need you to take care. See you soon!

Come and see the new gym on 2nd Jan!

Good morning all, just wanted to give an update on the new gym and how the opening/entry will work. At the entrance of the site there is a barrier, this barrier will be open 30 minutes before the first session starts each day and will stay open until 15 minutes after the last session has finished. Please do not turn up for the first session before the barrier opens as you will not be able to get in and we CAN’T have people parking outside the barrier as that is not our parki
