Snacks!

If your gymnast attends a session where they bring a snack for their break time please can you send them with one snack and avoid chocolate and crisps (we don’t have anything against chocolate and crisps .. they are just very messy and require lots of tidying up!)


The gymnasts have a few minutes for snack time so a drink of water and a small cereal bar or piece of fruit is perfect.
