January’s focus!

Our focus this month has been increasing our confidence on bars by working on upward and forward circles. Most gymnasts are now doing this on their own, and where support is needed it's minimal. The coaching team has noticed

a massive improvement in bar work and can't wait for February when we start work on our back hip circles!


In addition to this your gymnasts have also been working handstands on floor, balancing on beam, jumps on trampette, vaulting and floor work!

Cold weather

Due to the cold temperatures and the new premises being larger and not as warm as the old one, please make sure your gymnasts comes with a hoodie/jumper and cuffed tracksuit bottoms that are suitable
