Friday night session changes

Due to coaches work commitments

This Friday 4th October

If your child normally attends the 4.15 session then please bring them at 5.15 instead as both Friday sessions will be training together.


Friday 11th October

There will be no sessions running on Friday 11th October, this is due to our coaching team will be away with our display squad who will be performing at the London festival of gymnastics.

We are offering a catch up session which will take place on Tuesday 29th October 2pm to 3pm

Cold weather

Due to the cold temperatures and the new premises being larger and not as warm as the old one, please make sure your gymnasts comes with a hoodie/jumper and cuffed tracksuit bottoms that are suitable
