Cold weather

Due to the cold temperatures and the new premises being larger and not as warm as the old one, please make sure your gymnasts comes with a hoodie/jumper and cuffed tracksuit bottoms that are suitable to wear during their session.

We don’t recommend flared bottoms as they aren’t suitable to wear.

We would also recommend wearing grippy socks to train in if needed.

Please don’t send them in fluffy socks as they won’t be able to wear them due to the mess they make on the carpeted floor areas.

We are now selling delta grippy socks which we will have at the gym if you wish to purchase some and

You can order them through the club shop.

Also please watch out for ice in the car park, areas have been gritted but please still be mindful of ice

Many thanks

Can I confirm can it be any (non fluffy) grippy socks? Or does it have to be your ones? We sent our girls in tonight with trampoline park grippy socks on and they were told to take them off and said the floor was freezing.
