Adult gymnastics competition!

On March 25th (yes 5 weeks time) we are competing against a gymnastics club in Witney - Nemos gymnastics club.

I have spoken with Nemo this morning and he is putting together an adult team to compete on the day. We would love to do the same.

The competition is on floor vault and trampet (but you don't have to do all three pieces) and the moves will be as basic or complex as you can do.

If there are any adults out there who would like to challenge themselves with this let me know. We will be training on a Tuesday night 8pm to 9pm, cost is £6 for the hour. You'd also need to sign up to BG for insurance. Who knows this might be the start of Delta's first adult team!

(leotards do not need to be worn 😄😄)
