Adult gymnastics!

Last night we started an adult session.

This will be on a Tuesday 8pm and will be a pay as you go session. All abilities catered for, here is feedback we had off a parent that attended last night ...

You’re all really lovely and encouraging and I really enjoyed myself. I do hope some more people come and you end up with adult classes.

Cold weather

Due to the cold temperatures and the new premises being larger and not as warm as the old one, please make sure your gymnasts comes with a hoodie/jumper and cuffed tracksuit bottoms that are suitable
